Hello everyone.
I started a international research project on developing new PPE for firefighters (no harmful chemicals, no PFAS, skin and eco friendly, as good as possible in terms of physiology, and good protecting). Besides the interior firefighting part, all the other clothing, everyday uniform, rain protection, ... can be developed having Police forces in mind too. The starting partners are a German university on Textile and Clothing Technology and the Swiss Empa. Everyone who likes to join this project is heartily welcomed, as well as all informations we shall consider in our project.
